Our team ministers to children age 3 and under through Bible stories, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. We offer a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment. Background check required.

Babies Team & Walkers Team

Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Pathway by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience. Age: 15+  

Promote fellowship and spiritual growth for college and career aged young adults. Offer discipleship and mentoring opportunities in the context of small groups, etc.

Lead ministry in state and local correctional facilities. Background check required.

Our team maintains the church building and grounds and does handyman jobs around the church.

Our team brings a personal touch to our Pathway experience by hosting our coffee bar and coffee stations.

Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Pathway.

Our teams invest in the lives of children through Biblical teaching, videos, crafts, Small Groups, and games. Background check required.

Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering. Infuse training process, Background check, Auditions required. Schedule a meeting time with Dream Team Coach.

Provide basic medical care in the event of and accident or emergency. Background check required.

Join our prayer team by electing to receive text alert prayer requests by texting prayerteam to 409-217-5107, or join our Facebook Messenger prayer team. We also offer a prayer small group each semester.

Be available at the end of the service to minister at the altar to individuals presenting prayer needs.

Greet first time visitors and present them with a gift and warm welcome at the visitor station on Sundays.

Our team prepares communion tables and sacraments as needed for 1st Sundays, prayer small group, and 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.

Offer resources and information regarding the ministry of Pathway.

Our team greets families and facilitates the check-in process effectively and efficiently.

Our team uses our gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of the church through strategic financial offerings.

Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.

Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements, along with streaming services.
